Returns Policy for The ClogBarn Online Shop

Thank you for shopping at The Clog Barn. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our returns policy outlines the process and conditions under which you can return items purchased from our online shop.
Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at enquiries@clogbarn.com.auto inform us that you wish to return an item.
- Provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we confirm your return request, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges If your item is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at enquiries@clogbarn.com.au to arrange an exchange.
Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions Some items are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or newspapers cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
